ITIL® V3 Foundations Boot Camp
|
PMI-SD is co-sponsoring an ITIL® Foundations v3 training event (3 Days and 18 PDU's) on August 03-05, 2009. This hands on, instructor led, ITSM Version 3 Foundation certification training program is accredited by ISEB, EXIN, and PMIR. It introduces the student to the fundamentals of IT Service Management as described in version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library. Students who successfully pass the exam administered at the end of the class are then ITIL® v3 Foundation Certified and can add it to their resume.
